Y'know what's even weirder? Apparently lactation can also be induced in men with enough stimulation. We have the same ductwork and so on as women (albeit severely stunted) and the same hormones are present in different quantities.

The classical Greek historian Herodotus reported that the Amazons, as well as fighting like men, were known to leave their infants in the care of their husbands, who suckled the children just like women.

Until recently, this was thought of as just so much ancient Greek hogwash, but recent studies have shown that men can indeed lactate.

So be careful with how far you go with the "reverse" thing.
