I'm old enough to be retired, but I trail run 100km a week plus a lot of activity on top of that, keep myself lean and fit, and can still out-fuck a lot of guys half my age. You only have one life and one body. Look after yourself.

As for remembering details, I certainly do with women I saw regularly over fairly long periods of time and had a connection with.

I am in a similar stage of life as you Bigbill. Always try to keep fit. Gotta make sure the heart is strong and the blood pressure allows for clear passage to all the important organs.

And a healthy active mind also compliments the body's ability to continue to do the things you enjoy.

Can't remember the name of the place, it was in the basement of the building at 124st and 107 ave on the NE corner. The infamous Lillian was there, and another gorgeous blonde. I used to see both of them, had my first duo with them. Then of course Lillian got all fucked up with that nut case banker.

Platinum Spa was the place. Under this name, it was run as Caucasian, then became Asian Spa.
There was another name it ran under before that too. Across the street where Images and Shades is in that plaza, there used to be a Mr. Submarine too. Same building in the basement, there was Sapphire Spa too.
