I tried to book an appointment for an hour two weeks ago, she gave me a time and I agreed - but then she texted me back like an hour before our appointment and bumped it 2 hours later stating that a customer had already booked and first-come first-serve. I'm not sure why she waited to tell me if that was the case, but I cancelled and thought it wasn't worth it. I'm glad I cancelled now.
