It's funny that you mentioned this as I had called her a week or two ago and her voice and lack of enthusiasm just ruined it for me. I could not bring myself to schedule an appointment with a therapist that sounds like an undertaker. Somebody needs to teach these girls proper phone etiquette, as well as acting upbeat and happy. I guarantee that it would bring in more customers and possibly increase tips.

@cortez, that's right-- as a matter of fact the reason why she had a spot open is because another gentleman canceled on her, and I'm thinking its because of that undertaker voice you described.
