The tip is "up front", as in "it's .6 for the session PLUS any tip you want to leave".

I have seen providers where, if you just put out the session fee, you get the "therapeutic" massage.

Having paid the tip, they get the idea of what you want.

I find it difficult to negotiate during the session too.
