I have been lurking for some time now, and since I have just visited bodyandsoul last night, I thought I would post a review.

Bodyandsoul (www.bodyandsoulspa.ca) is a very nice spa. You can tell that the owners have invested some money. It is also very clean, the floor, walls, showers look to be cleaned often and kept in good shape. There is also ample parking along the side of the building. Another nice feature about this spa, which I have not seen in the others I have visited is that most of the girls who are working, are sitting on the sofas behind the counter, so if the girl is free you can see what she looks like right away, and you have no surprises once you are in the room. Although this didn't matter to much for me, as I had already chosen Nadia

The room I was put in had a mini hot-sub, The lady that showed me into the room, told me that the hot tub is drained and cleaned after every use. She was very friendly and polite, she said that she is the manager of the spa, but I am sorry I don't recall her name. She said I could use with no additional charges. Although it took at least 15 minutes for the tub to fill up with water. The room also had a shower, which I course I took before getting into the hot tub. The only complaint I have about the shower is that the water is very temperamental, it is either very hot, or cold, there is nothing much in between.

Now onto the massage itself:

I paid $65 door fee for 1 hour. I had chosen Nadia from the website, she is very pretty. Her pictures are accurate. If you like very thin, petite blondes. I would say she is for you. She is 23, 5' 2", 90lbs I would say she is a B cup, I didn't ask sorry! She has very soft skin, nice soft real breasts, just a handful, not huge. But on her tiny build she looks awesome. I believe she has a Russian background and is very friendly and sweet. She asked if she could join me in the hot tub, and that it would considered a NR I agreed, and I won't go into details but we had a very relaxing time in the hot tub.

After 15-20 minutes we dried off a bit and moved the table, The massage I thought was excellent, she seemed to have some experience giving them even though she only been working there for a few weeks. During the massage we were chatting, Nadia is very friendly and easy to talk to, she asked if I wanted to have lots of fun, or just a little fun, of course I answered "lots of fun". Which would mean B/S . We then switched and I massaged her some, she has very soft skin, and such a petite body. In my limited massage experience I would say the mileage was very good. We then switched back and she started the B/S. It was one of the best B/S I have had so far, and she seemed to really get into it. The release was very good, and then even though we were approaching the 1 hour mark, she did not rush or say times up. Once finished we showered, and then chatted for a few more minutes before I took off.

All together I paid: 1 hour - 65 + 70 B/S = $135 (Although I also gave her a tip)

Looks: 10/10 (She is my "type" so I am probably biased)
Massage: 8/10
Release: 9/10
Attitude: 10/10
Spa: 10/10 (staff very friendly, very clean, nice atmosphere)

I would defiantly repeat, in fact maybe I will return tonight!

Let me know if this review covers all the bases, as I said its my first one.

Hi dan, i would like to clear something here, you said you paid $70 for NR but you mentioned about she started the B/S. Did you pay for B/S or NR?

Hi, sorry I will try to be more clear.

At first she offered me NR, I think price was like 60 bucks or something.

And then later on the table, she suggest B/S and I agreed.

So what I paid her at the end of the session was $70

So plus the $65 room fee, Total I spent for 1 hour was $135

Maybe DC can give us some more good reviews from other spas.

I wonder that DC stands for? Deceiving ConArtist? Delighted Customer?

I am not sure what the room fee is for 30 mins
I know 45 mins is 45 dollars

So I would assume 30 minutes would be 30 dollars.

Well I am a first time poster yes, so I guess since I don't have a huge posting history, you will have to take what I said at face value.

I have been to other spas in the past, last year before I discovered massageplanet.net I was going to alphacare, mainly to see Amy, however since the last time I was there was over 6 months ago, I didn't think it proper that I paste a review, as the spa might have improved since then.

So now that I have joined massageplanet.net, I will be posting reviews of the different spas I try.

And DC is just my initals, I couldn't think of anything else to put for the username

I went to see Nadia on Saturday. She is thin, with A cups, but she is good looking. She gives a nice firm massage. Even though I went for a BS I found the mileage to be low. I guess everybody has there own definition of high versus low.

Can't imaging the BS or NR offered by this gal to be among those offered by the well-revieved massageplanet.net favourites.

Nadia @ Body & Soul is also Leila @ Pickering Aromatherapy (905 Dillingham Rd.) She works in Pickering from Friday through Sunday.

Here N doesn't include touching. First time I've experienced that . Need to go for NR to touch her. Total cost: $100 Finish was oaky as she sat up on the table and faced me with her legs across mine.

IMO... your money goes much further elsewhere... though I do still like Roxanne and Sonia. Worth driving to Markham or Vaughan. Pickering just doesn't make the grade.

funny you should mention it but i saw rene there on monday, she's a BBBW and she gave the same finish. i wonder if it's part of the "training".
