AC's posted rate for a BS is $40. Most decent guys kick in another $20-$30 as a tip (bringing the total BS fee in line with other spas that already at the low end of the fee scale).

Dont many hobbyists go here because of the pricing scale?? If we wanted to pay top prices we would visit "Top Spas".

But lets say your correct, would we expect a refund when service is "Bad"?
