In my experiences, if you want the full meal deal, hand the lady 160 up front and excuse yourself to the restroom/shower giving her a chance to verify the donation.

Is the girl that answers the door going to be the "first" girl - as in she'll take you to your room and shower and be your entertainment for the next hour? Or is the girl who answers more of the hostess, meaning a different girl will make the appearance in your room? I went once and was uninspired with the lady who answered, so I left not realizing there may have been another option.
