Brian Hicks was one of the original owners back in 1985. He owned all those bar beers across the street and started the ill fated Extasy A-Go-Go and Jeff was working there as well. He screwed a lot of people including Larry but I heard he ultimately got his and is back in California somewhere. I used to live next door to him up by the temple as you come down into Patong. Not a well liked guy to say the least. I don't have a picture of Brian but I hope this helps jog your memory.

I remember when Larry and Karen first started out in RH back in 1994. Very odd couple.

He also built the Firehouse and Extasy ago go's along with The Tai-pan...

Brian Hicks also built Doolies place with all the animals, The Baby elephant, The bear's, Gibbons and around 20 pairs of exotic Parrots from around the world in the beer garden... Before making upstairs the first ago-go by ANY FALONG...in PHUKET, Its easy to talk badly about someone who had it all...

Brian built SOI SUNSET with 15 bars, He had that for 15 Long years, If you didn't know Brian than who hadn't been there very long! He had the finest Thai women as his girlfriend's, More beautiful than anyone else on the island, And he was connected with the BIG COPS that controlled the island... Even the small police knew not to mess with him...Sorry haters!

Brian Hicks and Larry Biedenharn were partners for Five years in Phuket, They never even had s contact between them.. Larry had a problem with his dad because he blew his inheritance of one million bucks, All he had to show for his money was what Brian Hicks had built, Brian agreed to give Larry B
The Doolies place/ And Rock Hard to keep the piece with his father. Brian took the bar street in the deal, You should know the facts before you talk!

Brian Hicks and Ira kagen came from Hawaii, Brian owned 1/2 of the first Head shop ever in Hawaii with Greg Azus. Brian sold out and took off and went around the World. IRA connected with Brian in Phuket and Brian was the one who hired IRA KAGEN...
I bet none of you knew that!
