It just occurred to me that of the money I owe: that one receipt which is held by a member of this board contains the money for three large donors, so he controls that money, and I am sure he can come on and verify it.

Burt was with me when I met the gentelmen that paid the balance of Lidia's bail with was $2000. I am not sure why this is so important to BigDogg, but since he and whoever else knows the facts, maybe I should put those two in contact. This guy originally paid $2500 towards her bail, and Lidida's father was with me when he brought it...and Lidia's father and I changed the money to pesos, and took it to the prison together. That night I was joined by a monger, Lidia's Mother, Father, and one Brother to greet her as she was released. I also provided her with some money about a week after she was released.

Now I would really be interested in his "inside" sources that know the truth. Now if someone hear including Biggdogg thinks that the court is done and I am making up the part about the trial being continued, you are welcome to accompany me on my next appearance on November 8.

I have paid back three people in full, even though the bail money has not been returned. I have been raising money for the orphans long before I had my internet site. By the way there was a monger at my home when her family visited one week before I raised the money to bail her out. Another was with me once when I visited her, and her family still stays in contact with me. Big Dog you don't know the truth, but you prefer to believe guys that have no first hand information and just want to make up things.

There are three big donors left to pay, and one of them gets the money directly...I cannot receive that money as he has the receipt and it is in his name. I am in constant contact with him.

BigDogg is really a nice guy, but he is influenced easily by people that enjoy creating problems and speculating. I have talked to him on a few occasions and believe me he is just a regular guy that likes to have fun in TJ.

And if anyone is really concerned about how I ruined the orphan fund raisers, they can pm me and I will put you in touch with the guy who handles all the money and worked with these kids before I got involved. Ask him how I "ruined" the fund raisers.

Thanks again. I appreciate Fireballs starting the thread as of course if was newsworthy and of interest to this site. Yes the press had fun with it, and embellished on the charges....even the US stories said I was wanted for kiddie porn in the US.

I won't be writing my story right away as I am now concentrating on getting Lidia out as her bail is the same. She should never have been arrested in the first place, but that is a story to be told later.

My participation here will be limited, and you will not be seeing me on the streets anytime soon. I don't want any manufactured probation violations.

Court case is done. Waiting for the judge to render a decision. In the mean time I am required to report every Wednesday to the courthouse next to the prison...and save my receipts.....I have gone every Wednesday for over 80 weeks now and I have a nice collection of receipts.

I wouldn't be surprised if everbody has to pay for the shower. Not sure which jail is he in, but La Mesa used to be pretty commercialized. You could buy and sell houses with jacuzzis, ACs and electronics; order food in; have drugs and hookers and have your relatives live in there with you. They had some kind of bars in there too. "El Pueblito" they nicknamed it, I beleive, and it was like a little village indeed. That all changed after a "crackdown" like 5 years ago, not sure how is it now.

It saddens me when people treat each other so mean-spiritedly on these boards. And yet at the same time, I also marvel at it. How can we be so casually cruel to one another? Is it because of the anonymous nature of the medium? Is it an outlet for aggression? I guess one should have a very thick skin to participate in these boards. Probably most mongers don't think twice about the vicious attacks. "Ah, it's all just part of the landscape." To me, it seems like poison being thrown into a well that we all drink from. It winds up hurting all of us.

The bottom line with you is, you single handedly managed to only ruin the fundraiser efforts for the orphans, that's all.

I especially had to laugh when you were trying to sell everybody the idea that while your secretary rotted in a Mexican jail all those months, her family thought of you as a family friend.

So you and Fireballs can make up all the fantasy stories you want, because those of who go to TJ several times per week, really know the real story behind you guys.

It is not even that. The prosecution had 8 witnesses lined up. 7 eventually testified, and one missed 3 or 4 times to appear. After the September 19 date when they called there computer expert witness we were told the trial was over and now we only needed to wait for a judge's decision...well something has changed as they are scheduling that witness again(obviously this person does not want to testify) and when no one shows up, what will happen?

I wish you guys well, hopefully Sampson wins his case, and even if he doesn't it looks like he is not looking at any jail time, but the way Sampson is telling it, the odds favor him?

We also wish Country John gets his bail money he put up, as that's serious change he offered up for bail, and it's a very good deed.

WOW what a successful thread, over 200 replies, and over 9000 looks! For such a small Tijuana section those are serious numbers.

Again, good luck guys. weird justice system over there in Mexico. I understand it's changing, hopefully for the better..........but like all justice systems, he who has money usually wins, and those that don't are out of luck.
