I don't think you are right. I am told that the case should be over in August, unless they drop it. Dropping it is possible as most and maybe all the evidence is being thrown out. You may find it hard to believe, but they have nothing connecting me to the business.

There is no evidence that I had anything to do with the business or that I earned money from it. They never went to my home, and never got my computer. They did get one computer, but it had zero evidence in it.

They found some discs, with pics, but the pics were old of chicas that are not working.

I am also told that if found guilty I will get a small fine. Maybe you are right, and time will tell.

Sorry if you thought I was whining, as I don't have anything to whine about. I would like a speedy resolution to the case, but that is out of my control.

I know it's not the second part, but beware, they might try to hand the case to a Federal court and if that's the case start crying cause they are going to make a nice example out of you.

So, I guess you don't merrit a judge, just an "escribano", that means your case will be closing in no more than 2 - 3 weeks, and a fine as punishment.

With all due respect, SDBigdogg88, I, for one, take issue and disagree with your blanket negative assessment of TJ escorts. Nothing is perfect, that's for sure. But on the whole, I personally have been more than satisfied with every TJ escort I've had the privilege and pleasure to hire. No one has ever pulled a "bait 'n' switch" on me. I've never been shorted on time. Indeed, I've often been given more time than promised. (I think I have. The clock is usually my farthest concern.) And I do not for one second believe that I am being overcharged. Without trying to break down the experience into solely a business transaction, for what you get, I believe every escort has been a tremendous, satisfying value. Yes, it is true that a bar girl or street girl experience can cost you much less in absolute dollars ($20 + $5 for a street girl -- that's very inexpensive) but the experience is very different so they really can not be compared on equal terms.

As for Sampson, the fact that his story has changed, evolved, and mutated is probably most discomforting and disconcerting to him more than anyone else! I'm sure he would simply love to have the cursed ordeal come to an abrupt and final end. But legal affairs often do not end that easily. They can drag on for far longer than you would ever expect.

I was making a joke, but it is a set back because it drags the case out longer.

The judge is not even in the room when we testify and cross examine, but a representative of the judge is. Why I don't know. A court reporter records everything and then we sign as we leave the report. Today I just had to sign that I was there, and the police were not....they were probably out falsely arresting someone else

My attorney, the prosecutor and myself can question the police. I act of course on my lawyers advice on what questions to ask, etc.

That's just like a real estate agent, finding a house for a client, and then the client and home owner, make a side deal cutting out the agent out of him commission. As long was the escort was working for the agency, I think she was bound to honor Sampson's rules. of course in this business, we know sides deals will always be made, especially when we are dealing with pimps, hoes, and mongers. If fact I was given a few numbers of escorts willing to cut out agencies from a few mongers, as there is very little loyalty in this type of business.

I agree with you Dr Choi, Sampson just had a big heart, he believed in giving just about any girl a chance, and that meant some girls that have no business being prostitutes, but I could say that about just about any bar in Tijuana with those ugly, fat BGs. One thing about Sampson's pictures, the pictures were of the real escorts, not only did other agencies photoshop the pictures, but some of them used models that didn't even work for the agency, as the pictures were so different from the real thing, photoshop can only take you so far.

In this type of business girls come and go, just like in bars. I already mentioned one reason, one HOT escort was working for Sampson was being stalked by a crazy monger, she left soon after that. I also heard this from other escorts working at other agencies, some escorts were working a lot, other weren't working at all, or maybe one or two dates a week. The escorts not working started talking about favoritism, jealousy and later just quit.

You could be right Dr Choi about the competition as they have the most to gain by Sampson's departure. Sampson made many unkind remarks about a few of his competitors, and they knew what he was saying. I'm not sure if I buy the yellow cab story. There must be something else we just don't know yet?

I agree with most of what your saying Dr Choi, except for getting away with the Puta saying she is my girlfriend. It seems the experience from both sides of the border The US and Mexican border that either the girl will rat you out, or you'll rat the girl out, as it's customary of the cops on both sides of the border to split you up and later match up the stories. Besides that lot of these mongers are 50 year old fat guys with a young 20 year old Mexican girl, that just isn't going to fly for most guys, but I'm glad it worked out for you Dr Choi.

The main point I want to make for all persons on this site, is to protect yourself by not having anything to do with the pimps that operate in or around Tijuana.

They are famous for "bait and switch" on the women that are promised, the agreed "menu" of the woman also often changes, missed appointments, shorting you on the time of the date, and hundreds of other reasons that I won't waste my time listing.

Plus with "escorts" in TJ, believe me when I say you are overpaying in a huge amount for what you will actually get, so it is just smarter to hang out with some other more experienced people who go to TJ on a regular basis, then you will have a much better time, with more moola left in your pockets.

OK Sampson, now you can go on and bash me some more, but it doesn't diminish the validity of what I have to say now does it??

How does it work Sampson? I understood both attorneys write their sides of the argument in small cases like this, and the judge reads them, and then makes a decision of guilt or innocence . In the US if the police don't show up, the case is usually thrown out because of the lack of evidence. Why is it a major set back if the police don't show up for a face to face? Who gets to questions the police, you , your attorney, the Judge, or everybody?

Today was the testimony of the chicas and it went 100% in my favor.

After court the district attorney told my attorney, that there is a real need for structure and accountability in this business and that we were providing a "much needed service."
