Scar on breast

Why is it some girls have big scar under the enchanced breasts, 3-4 inches long and some dont. It looks worse on a dark skin girls.
Is it a cheaper way to have the boobs done?
Does it turn you guys off.

most good plastic surgeon does the incission under the axilla, so you can not see the incission

Also, if she's had a breast reduction. That can leave a nasty scar as well.

I try not too think about it or look at it too much, it can put a damper on the session if you let it.

depends on when she had it done.
HUGE emphasis on smaller and smaller incisions is more recent.

Usually a large scar means the girl opted for silicone implants rather than saline. Silicone ones come pre-filled from the factory while the saline implants are inflated once they are placed under the skin. Since empty implants are smaller than filled ones there's a smaller incision for the saline implants, usually.

Riddle me this... Who spends more than $7,500 to augment their breasts and putting their health at risk by catching an infection or STD from surgeries or sperm on infected tables and carpets? Answer: the loser risking everything to pay a clinic for the boob job and thinks she'll never get sick. Get real.

Women with a darker complexion have a tendency to form hypertrophic scars (puffy raised scars) or keloids (puffier raised scars that often extend past the incision site).
