No matter how amazing any girl is, eventually we all grow tired. For probably two months I was obsessed with the Blue Sky owner Cici. But now she's not even on my radar anymore. We find a gem of sorts, but eventually the gem loses its charm.

I agree, however I still see Michelle and Angel at E&M fairly regularly and Lei over at La La Land. I'm sure someday I'll grow tired of them, but I don't think anytime soon.

Well I think the key is to space places and girls out. That way the freshness factor remains. Lei is a good choice btw. She is not tip greedy and I guess now that she is an owner, she pockets the door fee.

tbh.....the hype is over the top....if you lived in the west end you would think Michelle and the (E&M) girls were a dream come true....the fact is E & M's $50 originally 45 1hr door fee, at a time when 80 was charged,was the key to their success which was then increased with Krayjee's unusual and unique promoting on a daily/hourly basis on the massage forums.Now that price point novelty is gone, but we are still left with the Krayjee bullshit hype.

Haha..I always see the owners most of the times at every spa I go to. They always do more for less tips cuz they pocket the door fees and they want you back again and again to their spas. The sad thing is the girls who work for them pay the prize when some customers think they will get the same kind of service from those girls for the same amount of low tips. One girl just complained to me 2 days ago the owner's regular molested her pretty bad and tipped her only 30 bucks. She said he was so pushy and scared the hell out of her so much she has to tell the receptionist not to ever book him again for her.

It's human nature to get bored when you see someone too often too many times. That's why smart girls never allow their customers to see them too often. That's why I don't want some girls at Shangri La not to work too many days. Korean Ashley will be working some days at La La Land starting next week cuz she works too many days at Shangri la is no good for her and the spa. It's best to get fresh faces once in a while. Variety is the spice of life.

A new young girl Selina will start at Shangri la today. I haven't seen her in person yet but she looks cute from the picture I have seen. Another new one Cindy's friend Bobo will starts this Friday and 2 more new girls has yet to confirm their schedule days and we have to see who are worthy of keeping as regulars.

Just got a text from the new girl Sara. She said she is ok to start next Thursday. I have to see on schedule sheet to see how many girls we have on that day and see where we go from there.

Managing a new spa which was not very well organized was a pain to run and the inexperienced owner lady was also crying at the same time she wants to take some walk ins as well to make some money for herself. lol. It is like fighting with your own girls for customers. I do understand if all the girls are busy and she has to fill in or she has her regulars book her for appointments with her. But want to take turns competing with her own girls when some girls are not busy enough? What the hell was she thinking?

Ashley has been working 7 days in a row with SL since she quit her other spa in west end cuz she is going away for vacation next week. SL is lucky to have a lady like her as a full time employee. She was busy as hell yesterday

Have tried many time at S with different gols, for the massage wises, none of them are really good compared to others, but for the service, some are good some are not that good, but they all asked to paying too much tips, most time I got what I want, but felt not worth it, with that damage I can get more from other semi spa. Hopefully they changed now.

Thanks for pointing that out. The truth always come out no matter how the lies try to twist around. Ashley will work here 3 days a week. She has asked my suggestions where else to work. So I find a spot for her at La La Land one day for now to let her try out. I have close relations with lots of spa owners who have faith in me and trust me. I have 2-3 other spas in mind where she will fit in nicely. As I have told here again and again, I don't make up stories, I don't twist around words with ill intentions to slander others. I don't post anything if I have nothing to back up. Period!

He thinks I was bluffing. I won't post the whole video which can damage Michelle's character. But he will see a piece of conversation just to prove I don't bluff or make up story like him. It might damage Michelle's image a bit but he asked for it so he will get it. I try to Pm him not to embarrass Michelle but PM doesn't allow to post picture or too complicated for me to attach picture.

On second thought, why should I destroy Michelle's image to prove something to this low life idiot. Michelle is not the nicest person but no need to put her up on the stage and embarrass her. One of the well known member in here knows the negotiiations cuz I discussed with him a bit about the market price..

I don't get it...Why would she leave her existing SPAs where is having full days, come over to Shangri la and work 5-7 days and then reduce it to 3 days and start looking for other places to fill the remaining days...Why not go back to her old SPAs...
