You misunderstood. The back door entrance is at the discretion of the owner. Therefore if owners don't allow customers to enter the back door, thee back doors can be locked.

Based on experience by law officiers generally let it side with the back doors locked.

As I read this, was reminded of my last time at one of my fave places where I witnessed the attendant open the back door to let someone in
as it was locked.

back doors should be not open as it poses more risk to everyone- I read the bylaw and that's how i see it!! -

Some customers prefer privacy. Back doors have security camera. Wont make much difference if the customer plans to rob or attack the spa.

...see that word OR? It isn’t qualifying door, it is adding to it.

• door=must be unlocked
• doors=must be unlocked
• Other principal means of access (skylights, time portals, tardis)=must be unlocked

...nothing about door having to be principal.

Back doors do not have to be open - if they are locked, prevents anyone sneaking in - sometimes these girls are alone - my last visit it was her and I only there and
the back door was locked - and that's how it should be - locked from the outside, but easy access to open from the inside (in case of fire or if anyone wants to leave that way) - youve seen those doors with the big bar across the front that you push to open - on the outside part is just s small handle grip but is locked

Hello Caliguy

Principal means of access would be the main entrance to the business. If the main entrance is located in the rear of the building then it’s the principal access and needs to be open. If the main entrance is in the front and open and it has other secondary entrances, like a back door, they could be locked. Typically back doors are locked for security reasons and the main door in the front is open for secure access to the business.
