Nope, this isn't another review of Sophie...I've read all the reviews and to add another would simply get lost in the sea of superlative Sophie reviews...she is as fantastic as everyone describes her to be...

only reason i'm posting this (and I apologize for the misleading title of this thread) is because I had to give up my appointment with Sophie today...unavoidable and unfortunate of course...and yes, I did call to cancel early enough to give others a chance.

Oh well, I guess I'll try to catch her again when she comes back from her vacation.

You missed a golden opportunity. As you know it is more difficult to schedule an appointment with Sophie than getting an MRI. In light of this, you should have auctioned off the appointment. Personally I would have started the bidding at 30 dollars just to secure the time slot. I wouldn't be surprised if you would have walked away with a pretty penny.

Let's not get carried away, boys. I called one morning recently and booked Sophie for three thirty that afternoon. If you call 5-7 days ahead you can always get an appointment with Sophie, even though she only works 2 days a week.

Yes, she's terrific. She's also expensive.

I've never seen her (see previous post). But, isn't there a set menu with set prices at SRM? Or are you talking tips?

That actually happened. I was there one day talking with the lovely Joy when a gentlemen walked in and booked the last appointment for Sophie and about 2 minutes later another guy walked in to book another appointement and when he found out that she had no available time slots, he begged Joy to slide him in - as apparentely he was leaving the country on business and wanted to see her before he went away, however Joy told him that she can't slide him in but that he can ask the first guy who walked in to give up his time slot. The first guy refused to give up his appointement but then he was offered $100.00 to give it up which he eventually did so reluctantly.

It all worked out in the end for the guy leaving the country because he got to have his time with her and the first guy was up a 100, but it was funny to watch

Seriously, though, an hour at SRM is 240 dollars and then people spend another bundle on top of that? That's almost like paying for an hour with a courtasian.

I think tom is trying to stir things up with that shady comment about reading between the lines. I think what Lover of Brunettes was meaning was that she is so expensive because she is so addictive.



I wish I had an appointment that day, I think I could have got him up to at least $2 hun
