This MP is walk able distance from V***i station in a high rise. Personally loved the ambiance with decent rooms and attached shower.
Walked in. Was greeted and given a good selection as they entertain only reference individuals.

Selected $****@!. Average lady with great boobs.
Massage was ok for name sake and rest of the deed was normal. Only thing worth mentioning was HJ with DFK something which I got after trying her couple of times.

Damages 1.5K + 1.5K
Experience - 9/10 ( for DFK and natural boobs).

Can share references however looking out for good spa where I can get proper massage with extras as I out of options in Navi Mumbai recently.

Generally the safe time would be 1-3 pm or 7-9 pm raids happen generally between 4-7 pm of what I've noticed.

It is also best to avoid few days before / after festivals.

Agree that morning hours are less prone and evening hours are more prone to Raid by LEs.
In case of festivals like Ganesh, when more bandobast is required and LE manpower is in short supply, LE raids are non existant.
