They have started to post and advertise on this board, so they clearly see what the competition is doing in their ads.

And they choose to make it difficult for us to make the decision to take a chance and try them.

Either they are doing very well with walk ins and a steady client base, or they just don’t care about medium and long term success.

Sounds like the spa was recently sold and the new owner doesn't understand yet how best to advertise within there comfortably. Sounds like the new owner has the same staff as before, all of a sudden those girls are asked to have photos etc, maybe that's a big ask and they are worried about rocking the boat. Just a guess.
