Original post says matter was in superior court, yet the docs posted are small claims court.
The plaintiffs claim posted has not been stamped by the court. Unless there is a stamped copy they don’t mean anything. Anyone can complete the blank forms online and print them. When submitting the claim the court would require the plaintiff to provide them with 3 copies of the claim. One plaintiffs copy, defendants copy and the court copy. All 3 would be stamped.
If a claim was settled there should be a form 14D and minutes of settlement filed with the court.
you mean the terms of settlement form that took a month to get signed back and was written like they were the victim.
got my copy and you are correct about the plaintiff claim, 3 get stamped but I have a representative, so I only have the first copy that I approve.
small claim is superior court.
