Threads Out of Order

Is it just me, my threads are not in chronological order is it me or the site?

It's the site. Threads are out of order so when you mark the forum as being read, when you next visit the site the unread posts are intermixed with the read ones.

It's a pain in the ass and a waste of time to go though the many pages of mixed read and unread posts.

I am currently going to the site once a day, and if the problem still exists I just mark all posts as being read.

If this goes on for much longer without being fixed, I'll just stop visiting the forum altogether...

I normally see the newest posts at the top of the page. Today, I'm seeing the oldest threads at the top and I have to go into the filters and change the settings. But the settings don't hold. Anyone else?

Is there any way of filtering so I only see threads I haven't read. The filtering option seems to be missing. Everytime I log in now it's "like a box of chocolates" as Forest Gump would say. I'm thinking Terb will see an increase in volume with the current cluster fuck that is this board now.

Aren't the threads placed in the order of most recently replied to? You also have a choice of reading the threads with your posts only, or to only read threads that you started yourself.

With so many threads created for latest Massage Planet website change, I decided to compile them and will write a book later.
I'm still undecided what the title would be:
1. Demystifying Massage Planet Thread Sort Posting.
2. Massage Planet 101 Thread Random Sort Order
3. Massage Planet for Dummies

Summary:
The ultimate objective of disorganized sort is to minimize visibility.
Why? There are spas paying ads. They're the ones with banners found on top of each page in this website. It's direct advertising. Click and you'll find information including schedules, pictures, reviews, feedbacks, testaments, etc.
As you can see, these colorful and blinking boxes are there for a reason.

Then, there's spas on a free ride without paying anything to Massage Planet. They're able to create threads and put any information at their will the same way spas with ads.

Both paying and non-paying are battling to be on top or first page of thread listing. Literally every minute. Well, we can't blame them. It's a tough business to lure every man out there to become their customers and ultimately regulars.

Looking back 10 to 15 years ago or so, Massage Planet were just starting. Spa businesses and users alike have much freedom in using the website. It gave Massage Planet much exposure with high traffic volume of users and interactions. Over the years Massage Planet improved immensely to solidify their status in digital world both spa businesses and users base.

Let's face it, there's no such thing as free in this world. Massage Planet is no exemption. They have to shoulder the cost on the server, DNS name, IP address, database, security, tool kits, developers, apps support and our famous Admin person.

As any business, they're here to earn and make money. It's why they built this site in the first place.

Pretty sure this is because people (promoters mostly I'm guessing) kept complaining to admin about other promoters breaking the rules. Admin got tired of listening to all the whining so has tried to 'fix' it by allowing thread owners to block people and by pseudo randomizing the threads

Unfortunately now everyone is complaining not just the promoters

Some promoters should get banned as they don't know where to stop. All they care is about free room fee and a little allowance from their owners.
