i don`t think you`ll find that someone staying for 6 months would be staying at one of the high end hotels or resorts.

more likely out near nanai road or the cheaper apartment type places.

what`s your concern?

Will be back in Patong for 20 days in August with the family including mother inlaw. It would just be my luck that hotel we are booked into is the one in question. Could you just imagin the shit storm if the Wife & Mother inlaw found out. Just trying to make my 6th trip to Phuket a pleasent one. I know what you are going to say, but mother inlaw is good baby sitter.

It just proves that these newbies are using the search function in order to find these older threads and that is what we try to promote on here. Better than the lazy sods who cant be bothered and ask questions that have been answered a thousand times before.....

I'm personally for these older threads to be deleted as they have run they're course and any info is out of date. We had this discussion a while back and some were for it and some against... Its down to Nicke at the end of the day....
