I haven't been able to find any online reviews, just sites selling them.

If you have one of these, could you please respond and let me know how it works? Or if you have another massage device that works, I'd appreciate that too.

(Please no recommendations for acupuncture, physical therapy, chiropractor, etc. as none do much for long).

Massage therapy does help, but positive effects fade after a day or two, so I could use this product every few days it could help.

(my nerve pain is just off of the shoulder blade, radiates to the spine, up to the neck and causes forearm and middle finger to go numb)

I used to have the chronic pain for over 30 years, did the p.t., the chiropractors and even acupuncture, all with little success and that was short lived as well. I have now been pain free for the past 17 months since I did muscle releasing in my back and neck. It's still hard to believe that it was just muscles giving that pain but that is all it is. Pinched muscles were a big part of it and it seemed that some muscles just held pain there until they were released. Knowing that releasing the muscles is the important part I don't know what a machine would be able to do in that respect. At most it should give you the same results as you would get from a massage. I don't blame you for trying but I would save your money, or at least not spend it until you at least give the releasing of the muscles a chance. Here is how you can release the muscles in your back and neck so that the pains you have been experiencing will be gone:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your head. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. After 45 seconds, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
With your neck in the lowered position, replace your thumbs in under the ears and your fingers behind your head but right next to your skull this time. Press your fingers and thumbs together again and hold. Relax your body while waiting. When the muscles have all released, slowly lift your head until it’s level again, release the pressure but hold your head like that for another 30 seconds.
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
