Yes, they have advertised for new RMT's (not sure how many). They have also advertised for a new receptionist (I notice the other one left... ) and an esthetician to do laser hair treatments. I think opening is (don't quote me...) planned for October sometime.

P.S. Interesting- if you wonder why a business only hires people of a particular ethnicity it's because they only advertise to those people! If a white business owner did that, they would be charged with discrimination!

Surprising there haven't been any lawsuits against Loblaws with their hiring practices at T&T stores. Quebec is the only province that does not put up with such nonsense. Alberta should take some notes.

In Calgary and Edmonton T&T stores, I have seen a handful of non-Chinese staff working though. They strive to be equal opportunity employer but it happens that most of the Chinese staff stay longer and tolerate the questionable demands of the corporation better. The others won't take it for too long

Looked more closely at their ad. They're looking for a receptionist, a 'beautician', a registered massage therapist and "an apprentice massage therapist with 'on-the-job-training'. Interesting- too often some of the girls reflect how good this "on-the-job training" actually is...
And they welcome Chinese newcomers...

Shit. My girl asked to go to GE together! I was like “Uh you know what happens when I get a massage there right?” She kinda paused and was like “Hmmm…never mind.” Lol

I decided, for some strange reason to do a TOFTT with the new Coco at XP and scout their 'new' digs.
Renovations are looking good, but still not ready yet. I snooped around and it looks like only painting and finishing need to be done- but who knows? Maybe they are waiting for some critical piece of equipment or other delay?

As for Coco- I'll just say she's not my cup of tea! 5'6-5'7"ish, 145-150#, maybe mid thirties- a little too "fluffy" for me. English, poor at best; massage a 4 at best- mostly a back and shoulder rub; not a beauty contest winner; boobs- A cups, maybe. She enthusiastically helped me relieve a load of stress.

Not going to repeat. There's too much good talent at XP/TT to waste time with her...
