Oh, I think customer service very much sells the product, if you know what I mean.
But yeah, calling is useless - "many girls. Come in and see!".
I did just think of something though - they have an in/out board behind the desk. Ask them to text you a photo of that and see if they'll do it.
but if they just keep getting customers and making lots of cash, what does it matter if objectively they have terrible customer service. They're already making enough money, which is what matters to the business.
