It is my understanding paying for sex is legal if it is done in a private place and ony 2 people are involved.

A massage palour is legal because it is private but if there is more than 1 girl there it becomes a bawdy house.

Out calls ie she comes to your place is legal and so are incalls if there is only one girl there.

Is this correct?

Massage parlours are incalls IF there are sexual activities occurring. (ps. there is no difference between a hj and fs legally... then again there was that ruling last year that said otherwise...)

MP's are 'legal' because they are licensed to offer services regulated by local bylaws. If sex acts for money regularly occur there—and we all know they never do—then the place will be determined to be a common bawdyhouse if and when LE raids it and the case gets to court.

However, there are also municipal bylaw inspectors who regularly (more or less) verify that MPs and MPAs are properly licensed and that the facilities and services are only such as permitted under the bylaw. They can close places, ticket owners and staff and embarrass the hell out of customers, even if they find nothing to pass on to LE for criminal investigation. All that comes under the overall heading of 'legality'. We have way more laws in Canada than just the Criminal Code.

Only death and taxes are sure bets.

The ruling last year sort of said that the licence was for a body rub and the dick was part of the body therefore it could be rubbed. I haven't heard whether the ruling had ever been appealed by the crown. I guess not or we would have heard.

Well Sukdeep is the closest to right of the bunch here...its a mult-level, multi-headache system. There are alot of vague grey areas...ALOT! Sukdeep is bang on with the pee pee part. And the Monica ruling HAS taken effect, and has allowed staff in this industry to re-organise their action plan in court and has numerous charges/tickets dropped or waived. Its a very exciting ruling because it clears up some of that grey area in terms of our risks.

if it is determined to be a common bawdy house..and they (LE) raid it...and if you (guy) are there..... you are a 'found in' a common bawdy house..and you, the client, can be charged.
