To the OP, since your question really hasn't been answered I thought I'd chime in.

Generally speaking, a bbbj is a risk but far less risky than say, bbfs or even a pussyslide.

From what I recall, from a statistical POV, transmission of pretty much anything to the receiver of a bbbj is far less likely than the giver.

Some may worry that a girl may have cold sores and that may transmit to genital herpes. However, the strain of cold sores and genital herpes is quite different and if I recall correctly, the oral version of the virus doesn't like the skin around ur peepee.

There is a risk of oral to genital gonorrhea though.

If we had known whom to see to minimize STI risk from BBBJ than she'd get a lot more guys coming and thus shell no longer be minimizing the risk ahah.

Im not tryna be an asshole because I feel your question is genuine. So id advice you to see a girl that is known to be restrictive, and hopefully you guys click and shell make an "exception" ahaha. But this might take several trips which in that case your gunna be shedding some serious cash (with no guarantee of BBBJ) and thus might as well see a high end escort.

ONLY way to truly minimize risk is to find a GF, both get STI checks done and hope she doesn't cheat lool.
