Same ownership? I guess those drug cartels been owning those same bars for a long time ? Well then there is definitely a big change in 'La Tropa" and I believe 'New York' bar,Maybe a different management team? Because the bars were either upgraded, or they hired lots of chicas, because before La Tropa was always dead, maybe 3 or 4 so-so chicas, along with only 2 or 3 customers, but now they are , many girls, some HOT too, and more customers at least there was before Christmas. Las Chavelas I really didn't notice any changes, except for a few management changes and some people I use to know like the waiter who got a promotion who I talked about in previous posts, now suddenly he is not there anymore.

I didn't know Sampson was married, but like his wife my wife comes home all the time and talking about some bitch at work got a promotion over her, or get better treatment then her, and she always claims they are FUCKING the boss, and kissing his ASS! So that's nothing new, there is always favoritism in jobs, some fuck the boss, and some girls are just plain jealous and make things up especially in the civilian work force. The putas are just as competitive as their civilian counterparts. [ maybe 12, 13, and 14 were better looking to the manager than Sampson's wife, and he felt they were better qualified to represent the club/firm after all I doubt the 'club' is a union place, so management is free to change their rules.}

Another thing where there is nothing new is guys, DJ's, doorman, meseros, plumbers, accountants, etc, etc telling a girl that they are wealthy in order to get sex from a girl, civilian or PRO and to tell them they could help their career.{ who hasn't lied to a chick to get laid?}

I know in the US, it seems 100% of the street walkers use drugs, and 75% of higher end prostitutes use drugs. There is a well known report on the web comparing San Bernardino streets walkers to Mexican prostitutes, and the writer says, the Mexican putas are 'Nuns and girl scouts' compared to US streets whores who almost always do drugs and have police records!

If I were to guess I'd say 50% of the chicas in bars do drugs, and maybe about 25% of street girls do drugs, and almost all the walkers do drugs. Some people put the number higher, and the ones who put the numbers higher, are drug users themselves, and base it on their experience. Other guys like me, pu the number lowers. I love to fuck chicas who are on drugs, the experience is usually better, but what I don't like is to be around them outside while they are carrying the stuff, because I don't want to go down with them.

Actually La Tropa and Las Chavelas are still under the same ownership. I know most of this stuff from experience living with chicas working. Also one chica came back crying to my home after a manager had ripped her clothes telling her she wanted to service him, before getting paid. Another girl in a smaller bar gets to come and go as she pleases, because she services the same guy.

My wife of three years worked in lots of these places. She was a dancer in Titanic, and on the weekends the first 13 dancers that showed up got to dance and the others were ficha/room only. She was number 11 one Saturday but 12, 13 and 14 were all chicas that gave favors to the manager and they bumped my chica from the floor show. It makes a big difference as she would get $40 for dancing and of course her tips...

The meseros do not limit their stealing to just the clients, but when chicas get drunk they steal from them as well...cash and cell phones....This happens way more often than what you might guess. That being said, I am sure there are good honest meseros....just hard to find.

You know I don't know who runs those bars but I have known a few managers in those clubs, including one that supposedly married one of my old favorites but later she returned working in the same bar. I tend to not ask ownership types of questions, because it's been my experience when you do you get a different rumored response from everybody you ask. There is no doubt that some of the bars went through ownership changes recently, especially Las Chavelas, and La Tropa. I miss my VIP host, as he called himself. because his knew job was to take care of customers who spent a lot of money in the club. I would to go with my friend who loved drinking, and had lots of money and would tip really big; since I also once worked for tips many years ago, I also leave decent tips, we would get treated real well HERE. If there wasn't something something to our liking, he would call upstairs, and suddenly two beautiful girls would show up at our table. It was great to be treated well, and it didn't take that much, maybe leave a $10 for a $7 dollar drink for the lady, and a few tequila shots for the waiter, and just keep doing that and they threat you like a KING, and the chicas won't dare try to short change you, because they think they will get paid well too, and don't want me complaining to the waiter about her behavior who might not recommend them next time. The downside is I couldn't walk into this bar or Hong Kong, where I also have 2 favorite waiters I only deal with exclusively because they HARASS me to pick a girl quickly and if I don't they start promoting some of their favorites. { since I rarely go with that friend anymore I returned to leaving only $1 tip and try to remain anonymous}

What Sampson talks about I'm sure goes on to some degree, but from my perspective you just have waiters and the bargirls just helping each other out. The girls get good customers willing to buy them drinks, and the waiters get good customers wiling to tip them good, and buy them a few watered down tequila drinks. I'm almost sure my waiters weren't fucking those girls, and really they didn't care who I picked as long as I picked someone, so if any KICKBACKS to the waiters were involved it was small.{ good idea is to make sure Tequila drinks aren't watered down, what my friend does is switch the drinks around, to make sure the waiter or chica is FUCKED UP TOO}

The waiter in Las Chavelas explained how it works there. I also had many chicas explain their situation to me, and even read other Monger's tales what ladies told them. Like Sampson said, some bars like Las Chavelas, will pay the travel cost from their home town to Tijuana, and for free room and board for about two weeks. The girls hear about Tijuana from word of mouth, or advertising in the local papers. When they come to work at the bar, NOBODY FORCES THEM TO HAVE SEX WITH ANYBODY! It's strictly up to them if they want to go upstairs or not. Many girls come to work thinking they are going to make it on DRINKS alone, but fine out to really make MONEY they will have to fuck the customers, some never make the transition and just go back home, still VIRGINS of the 'PayforPlay' prostitution that we all love.

The girls who stick around for a few months or at least the ones I find don't make much money. The typically girl in Las Chavelas, that I go with will maybe have two ficha drink tickets worth about $7 dollars maybe danced with customers for another $6 dollars, and hasn't been upstairs at all yet, or if she has doesn't tell me, but maybe she been up once for another $50 with some local, and if she goes with me she'll make another $14 dollars in drinks fees, and about $60 from me. That's just not a whole lot of money to be kicking back to everyone, let alone FUCKNG MANAGEMENT for FREE who really aren't doing anything for her, except make her work 5 days a week, from 10PM to 6AM or whatever shift she picks.

Some of these Adelitas providers do make a lot of money, but many of them are PRIMADONNAS too, and I highly doubt they kickback money to anybody except to who they want, and maybe their favorite drug dealers to get high in order to help them forget the type of work they are doing.

Miami, Hong Kong, Las Chavelas, La Tropa, and Delicias of Zona Norte are owned by a drug cartel. They use these places to launder money. It has been reported that it is the "Rosales" cartel, but I have never heard of them. Some of the employees refer to the owners as "Brizuellas" and I don't even know if I am spelling it right. On that note, I hear that the Federal visitors have been looking in La Tropa for the guy that runs things down here for them. This is not the first time they came for him, but he gets tipped off.

I have known of managers that required sexual favors from chicas before paying fichas. I also know of one chica that was so upset, after the manager ripped her clothing, that she ran out of the club without getting paid and never returned.

I don't know of any story like that in AB or CC. I do know that the doormen, meseros and such pray on the new chicas and try to make them think they are wealthy and get sex for them. Almost every chica in these smaller clubs has had sex with someone like the dj, doorman, or a mesero....thinking it would help her career.

I believe the chicas can pick their shift in most bars. I know that I lived with a chica that worked in AB, LC, RR, LT, and Miami in Zona Norte and Siete De Copas, Titanic, La Razzas and Nachos(new name now) and she worked which ever shift she wanted.

They can go ask for work without anyone as an agent.
They get paid a small fee if they are a dancer/like $30-$40 per shift
They earn about 50% on the cost of a ficha drink
Everyone in the bar has their hand open for tips when their shift is over

The doorman wants money
The manager wants money
The mesero wants money if he found her a client
The dj is wanting her to ask you for $1 to play a song....the ones that like to request lots of songs are often banging the DJ
The towel boys want a few dollars for knocking early

It is very difficult at times. Most bars try to get chicas to work a fixed schedule. If the chica lives in their hotel, they stay at a discounted price and must work 6 days...if they dont, the hotel will put a lock on their door that will not allow them to enter until they pay the regular price of the room.

Often they recruit chicas and give them 15 days free room and then $10 or $11 a day after that. Generally they are contracted for like 90 days, but often the chicas break the contract.

Each bar has a daytime and a nighttime manager. That is who pays their fichas at the end of the shift. Sometimes these guys ask for other favors before paying...more so in the small bars.

The managers work 12 hour days and make about $30 or $40 per day plus tips. The waiters often have to pay to work...sometimes like $8 per day....The doormen usually earn $10/day plus tips, dj's, sometimes $7 to $10 for their work plus tips.

In the smaller bars...say anything other than AB or CC, most DJ's or meseros are trying to pimp chicas...the managers as well. It is a real hustle for the money.
