first couple of times in there it was great,but the location disadvaneforum.xxxe took it`s toll fairly quickly and then the fun and looks factor of the girls went downhill.
the original girls were great and were being paid very well but shipping them all down from BKK could have ended up being too hard and expensive,i`d say.

i don`t think too many of us held high hopes that it would last too long.

Easy to blame others.. but the biz model was flawed from the outset. We all called it (well all except Drew ) and its simply the predictable.

Secondly the high entry fee, couple with promises that locals didnt have to pay it, but piss poor management so anyone knows this.. all add up to no customers. One basic thing is you dont want to put people off coming and spending money there, the high entry fee did exactly that. Maybe in the west where its not got competition that could work, but here birds on chrome poles isnt exactly a new idea, and when no one else is charging, asking 1500 baht for the same as others have is just suicide.

It tried a few 'models', and when we went there when it first opened there was no entry charge and the place was very good, if very pricey for one BM I know 555
I put its demise more down to 'location'....
There was no passing trade, and very little marketing.
Going into the less well trodden areas of that business as they did, also requires some ahh, secrecy, something they didnt need more of.

The only one positive i can think of about it being a little out might be for those with TGF's and for the expats.. If it did have a daytime trade with ST rooms especially, something like Patts soi 6.. well sort of... actually no where near it..555

The biker bar next to XTC has closed and is moving to Soi Easy. That areas turned into a concrete waste land there must have been millions of m3 of concrete poured what a waste.

Nah he was North American ! He owned all of Soi Sunset and was a 'tough' operator. Had a stunning girl called Thai who i think he had a kid with before i recall it all went a little awry. Many years ago so some of the detail is patchy - does anyone else here remember 'Farmer John' ?
