1) At MD

- The boss lady once suggest to me 100 for fs (for HH session), or 80 enough for something lower such as BS.

But the woman who I was with went on strike when I only wanted a BS. I mentioned it to Anna privately. That woman is no longer there (it seemed to me that fs was her specialty; and she was young and sexy). The MD thread recently reported a few other guys having similar problems.

2) But imo, wholistic becomes a good relative value when one moves up fs at 100 and with a smile included (eg Liya had no problem with that at MD).
