Is it a good quality massage? Reason for asking is that there are many therapists' reviews in Calgary (on CAF and here) where reviewers gush about the quality of massage - Lena/Lina, Dala, Gina etc etc, but seriously the massages are nowhere near as good as these reviewers post. Imho, they are average massages, even sub-par as with Lina. A very high quality one hour or 90 minutes massage is not easy to find in town.

And is this one at SW location only?
