Was supposed to arrive last nite, 1/2 hr outside phuket diverted to bangkok , were supposed to go back to Bkk airport & fly down 2 phuket this arvo, but now told all airport still closed, told we will be given update at 12.00pm- but coull be days till a flight to phuket available?? if so may head to Pattaya for a few days till it settles down .
but nobody seems to know whats going on

44 days to LOS, but 57 before Phuket. I have Bangkok and Koh Samui stops first. But I'm looking forward to downing a couple of cold ones at the MTB.

Hey 'StillEarly', good to briefly chat with you last week. Hope everything is still good in MTB (why shouldn't it be?) I enjoyed my week there.

I'm back in the UK now - got back last night, 24th - and it's grey and miserable and raining; the exact opposite to Phuket.

I will do a TR in a few days, but it's not very exciting!
