Hi everyone,

I will be arriving in Phuket on April 30. This is my 1st time there and I was wondering if you could help me.

I would like to know if there I plenty of action still around this time or is pretty much death. My other question is more related to the bar scene.
Could you please give me some tips? I would like to know how to identify the good girls from the rip-offs. I also would like to know how much do the girls charge and if you can take them for couple of hours or has to be all night. Once the girls or the mamasan give you the price, can you negotiate it? Thanks a lot, I will appreciate any help.

At a go-go, the girls entertain you on a seforum.xxxe, usually by 'dancing' at a vertical chrome pole. The girls wear numbers and generally are more scantilly dressed.

At a beer bar the girls wear 'ordinary' clothes and entertain you by talking and playing games, although will sometimes dance at a pole or on the bar.

The slightly plainer ones are definitely more amenible to a bit of 'ground maintenance'.

Maybe they are less likely to have a Thai Boyfriend who will ask questions about their new 'appearance'?

Also, even though they are almost certain to have the ever-present cell-phone, it is less likey to go-off every half hour during the night.

Lastly, the plainer ones are less likely to have anywhere to go first-thing in the morning, other than their little rooms. Leaving time for a relaxing dawn-breaker, followed by breakfast (yes, believe it or not, I often stump-up for breakfast)!

from my experience of 1 visit to phuket i found most girls work in the beer bars and i only paid 500b for st , and once when i was having breakfast a waitress hit me up for a short time , i gave her 500b . I remember a tall nice looking american guy picking up a girl in hard rock gogo he paid nothing and he woke up in the morning to find the girl lips around his piece..:cheers:

I am coming to Patong again, Friday this week, and if I am unwilling to budge on my earlier position, what am I going to do while I am there . . . enter one of the many Monastries for three weeks ?

My earlier position has worked for me up until now, after all it has been nearly two years since my last trip. I am now aware, thanks to you guys, of the current rates, and will, of course, abide by them.

I just got back from Phuket and I was paying 400 bf and anywhere from 1000 to 3000 depending on the girl etc, I would always get morning boom boom because I'm a nice guy and treat girls with respect and oh! yeah! I'm good in the sack. Picked up a girl in Tiger and paid her only 1000, she wasnt that good in bed. You get what you pay for and really who cares about 100BHT

Well, at least it was two months ago when a mate of mine returned from Patong.

I will be there this Friday for 3 weeks, after almost two years.

I have never, and do not intend to pay more than 800BHT, +200 BF for an all-nighter.

Hello again

This upcoming trip will be my eighth to LOS (5th to Patong).

I have had some pretty reasonable looking BG's in earlier years (hence to 800 BHT comment earlier). However, I have been disappointed in the really attractive ones, mainly because they have been told they are attractive by everbody they have spent time with.

I have found them aloof, arrogant, and usually have a limited repotoire in the sack. I don't want to be instructed 'you can do this' or 'you can't do that'.

That is why I prefer the slightly plainer (but still attractive) BGs, who maybe are not the first choice in the pickings. They have no arrogance whatsoever, and enjoy (at least seemingly) to be in a nice Hotel room for the night, in preference to their small rooms.

I have ended up having them stay with me for a week or more, if I have been happy with them, and vice versa.
