Cameras in Massage Parlours

If I were to obtain ironclad proof of a MP having a hidden camera in the massage room,then I would totally forego giving the low life salon owner a heads up on this board,instead I would use the legal system to the fullest extent of the law to sue and hopefully inflect serious financial harm to their enterprise.
Then all the other low life salon owners ,practising this deception,would be encouraged to respect their customer's privicy and the law.

I would think that if you record illegal activities in your own business your IQ is not very high.So,i am pretty sure that NO smart salon owner would consider that.May be some have direct surveillance without recording but i wonder about the efficacity since you would have to pay some goon to watch all the rooms all the time?Asfor entrance,cash register and exits cameras and tapes all businesses have them and these machines only record for so any hours then re record over.Only use if in case of hold-up or other incident.So if you are not going to commit anything similar why worry?

What I have read elsewhere is that where cameras are installed in the rooms, they monitor but do not record, the monitor is installed under the reception's desk (part of her job is to keep an eye on the monitor), and the purpose of having cameras in the rooms is solely for the protection of the masseuses, in case of assault by violent clients.

If you had to protect the girls you would have to record every guy that goes in just in case he does something bad,,,But then would you call the cops and hang yourself? Of course not.
So I conclude the recorded cam sessions are there because the mp owner wants to know how much extra money the girl made with the clients so that at the end of the day the girl will pay the owner the cut that is due plus any other unpaid debts......and the other reason to record is to actually have a record of who are the good clients who are the bad who to welcome who to avoid ++++ and who can be manipulated...Cams have not business in mp's. I'm not going back.

I am not comfortable with places that have cameras. If you want security, and commerce hire security and a a erpson that you trust to handle cash or stay there.

Placing cameras is the fastest way to annoy clients or make teh appointment yourself.

I made a test that has convinced me of the presence of cameras in a parlor. While I was waiting for the girl, lights were dimmed and I took a photo with my Smartphone. When the girl came in the room she said not to take photo of her. How could have she knew I took a picture if not that the flash may have catch the attention on the screen and whoever saw it let her know.

Some parlors have the "surveillance" tv screen at the reception desk (underneath), some have it in the girls room, and one that I know have a remote from his residence.

Think of this also, I am sure this happened to you, you go regularly to a parlor and do not take always the same girl (you are regular to the place, not to the girl), the girl comes in the room and she already knows your name... You know that you never saw her before, never told your name to the receptionnist (or tell one to the receptionnist and a different one to the massage girl) so how could she know your name if not that she recognized you on the "surveillance" screen and her collegue said "oh here comes...." Bingo!

I wouldn't be surprised if there really are cameras in at least some MP's. For example, once a girl told me how much the owner insisted on there not having extras (I wasn't trying to get any, we were just discussing), and that they would be in trouble if they did anything more than the standard. So it would be realistic to think that if the owner really doesn't want anything "illegal" going on, he'd install cameras to scare the girls. And also, the behavior of the girl might give indications on whether there is a camera or not. I won't try to generalise, this always fails, but my personal guess is that in many cases, it is to make sure that the girls operate within the limits fixed by the owner, at both ends (both being sure they do the minimum required and that they don't do too much). And If a customer complains about a girl, I guess it is useful for the owner to be able to see what happened.

Most places have cameras but most do not record! Its just a live stream so they can guarantee nothing more is happening!its protection for the business and me personally I dont mind being watched as long as its not recorded!
