Well not a senior but still my bit on your situation.

You'r mind is confusing lot of emotions and they are making this complex. You have attachment/lust for that girl and hence you don't want to loose her. This is making you spend on her every month. Now since you are spending you'r ego is getting on head, that how come someone else who's not spending getting more importance then you. But remember you are getting service for your money, you can't buy emotions with money

For girl one relationship is emotional and one is purely transactional. She is giving you that feeling of gf/satisfaction for the money you are giving to her but won't sacrifice her emotional attachment for the money or that money has to be too big to loose

My take is if you want to go down the path of this ego fight you'r wallet will keep on getting empty

I am not a senior, but I can say take it lightly and donot take it ur heart. In the end u will be the looser. If she had 2 BF there is all possibilities she would be having 3or 4 also. U never know. If she had spoken to him infront of you that mean he is better payer than you.

You may feel bad for a while because she didn't give in to your demand and your ego is hurt.
You will miss the good times with her.

Its easy for all of us to say... Dump her ....ignore her etc. But u seem to like her very much. Just tell her not to take that fellows calls when she is with you. Tell her point blank. Since you are paying for the time she is with you.

Managed to squeeze some time out.
Reached around 5 in the afternoon...
