To all the new comers, I'd like to advise that though it's good to know how the experienced mongers operate, try to find your own path instead of trying to mimic them. For example, @PKtight may be effectively using humor to get his way with the girls, but my sense of humor is a little too intellectual or at times too goofy for the bar girls and if I try to be overtly funny I'll end up in awkward situations. Similarly, if I try to mimic @Unclesam and insist putting bauni in cholis of every girl, it won't work because I am not conditioned to approach every girl so boldly.
