The 5 most dreading questions in a newbies mind
Writing from experience. Me too was a newbie once. With lot of fears and questions.

1. I got the location of the bar from the forum. Reached there. But it looks like a normal bar. How do I ask ask whether it is the place I am looking for?
There is only one way. Just ask.
There will always be a security / watchman in front of any ladies bar. Ask him. You can ask him about the setup - when is it closing, is it an sb or a db, how is the situation today etc. The small talk will calm your nerves also. Or if you missed him and already inside, ask a waiter. Or ask the panwala outside the bar (there is one always). No need to worry.
What is the worst thing that can happen? He may say 'no, this is not a ladies bar'. He won't say go away or get lost.

2. Somehow I managed to ask and found it's the place. Waiter seated me in a table and took orders for my drinks. I am watching the girls. Liked few. But no one is looking at me. How do I call a girl to come and sit with me?
Again, just call. This is more difficult than asking the watchman. Here you don't have to worry at all. If it's a db or sb, the girls are there to sit with you, dance with you and do other things (and take your money). Call the girl you liked. If you are still nervous, ask the waiter to call her. Or ask him to bring a girl. He will.
What is the worst thing to happen? The girl you called may not respond and come to you. Don't worry. There are many more there.

3. How much should I tip the girls? Should I tip the waiters?
100 rupees per 10 minute for a girl is good. Not too low, not too much. 1 hour 500 rupees. Waiters - you can pay 100 rupees if you sit for an hour and ask them to split. Them means it's never single person, there is a waiter, then captain, then super captain,cleaning boy. Waiters from other tables also come and ask you. And give 20-30 to the watchman.
This is not the right amount for a seasoned player. But for a start this is good. No one will think you are cheap, at the same time no one will mistake you for a 'super spender'. That's good at the beginning of the 'career'.

4. This all is good, but I am not even able to find the place. What to do?
Ask ask. Ask the auto driver. Ask the cigarette shop. They will direct you to the place. Don't worry.

5. I got all excited about reading the fun things people do. How do I go to the VIP section, how do I give boni inside choli?
Don't.
Stand before you leap. Walk before you run. When the time comes, you will know how to do this. Don't dream/think/worry about it now.

Couple of tips:
* Be nice to everyone. The girls, waiters, cleaning boy, captain, watchman. Even if you don't give them money, talk to them nicely. No need to make friends with them, but no need to abuse them also. Be friendly. It will help you a lot.
* Don't worry if your first few outings are not really good. Kapildev started his career with a no-ball. You will also lift the boob cup one day.
