This Is my second time visiting an OB/DB.

They take advance money from agents then how much do they return?

Food n living is on the agent in the PG they stay

What's their calculation 50-50 or?

How much goes to bar how much to agent how much to girl

They fix a deal with their agent.. what ever money showerd in the bar full goes to agent.. and if girls meet out or gets gift that belong to girl.
If girl is on contract through agent the girl dont have any right on the money showerd in the bar

I had offered money to some premium girls to meet me outside. They said to me that they do not look for money n they will meet me outside without money.

After meeting them for a movie or dinner without cost, i need to blow money on them in the bar.

Girls do get quota of their collection and that's why that slip system goes on.

Different system works in these places.
Some gals stay in PG arranged by agents.
Food and stay arranged by agents.
That's why they need to visit bars almost every day except their menstrual days.
Bars make money out of collections of gals + high drink prices.
Bars also take cut out of DJ collection.
That's why they tend to put patrons spending on gals in vantage positions rather than those who come only for drinks + 1 song.
Bars could make money from drinks + dances from these patrons.
And if u become regular, when bars become CST, they arrange you VIP without asking how much u gonna spend.

However, there are some gals who arrange their own accommodation. These are mostly good dancers who know they can dance their way to good money and of course go out easily when the chips are down like in Jan and July.

It's like sarkari naukri vs corporate job.
In one case, u get assured accommodation + food and some collection.
In another case u don't have such assurance but can get good income if u have talent and believe in urself.

Whatever gift both type of gals get, they got to keep.

This is for OB set up.

Bombay thr practice is not there but some captians get 10% from 60% the girl earns usually the stage dancers are paid 50% of the collection rest 10% by orchestra and 40% by bar

I never tried anything else.

Bhai i am from Bombay but have business interest in karnataka so often visit bars mostly on Double road the girls usually in banglore are from Punjab/Rajasthan/Nepalis and kanadigas too this just for idea. As your favorite is from Punjab she might have good contacts there

Bhai usually the dallas/agents are children or husbands of ex bar girls - these agents are in Mumbai / Rajasthan / Punjab kolkattaas they know the native places if these girls they take risk usually the girl decided how much she can earn and the time frame. High end dance bar girls don't have middle man and they don't take money For sleeping becoz we have already spent lakhs on them. Usually in SOBO bars if you are a good spender the girls don't ask money for night ( night means they will stay till 4.30 -5 am uske baad all nakhras ) .

My only suggestion to all don't fall for their jhoota pyaar..use them pay them
