Correct. Although we officially open at 10:30 AM Ada usually gets in first (typically between 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM) and is available to answer the phone. She's had appointments at 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM, however those would need to be made the evening before. @hobgoblin, if you'd like to book Tina for 10:00 AM tomorrow, call this evening and I'm sure we can accommodate you
