The only stupid people here are those that think that their grade 10 science education, a Wal-Mart microscope and a Toys R Us chemistry set are comparable to those of the scientists who've dedicated their lives to studying vaccines. Luckily for us, they know what's in it, there have been peer reviewed clinical studies and it's WHO/FDA approved. But since you most likely get your news from social media posts, your apprehension is to be expected.

The who doesn’t approve vaxxines, the fda has not yet approved this vaxxine, it has been given EUA, emergency use authorization, for people like you that have trouble with acronyms, and other things. Look it up, fact check it, wake up, or don’t, I don’t care. Your opinion doesn’t make something a fact. Got Pfizer a month ago. Anything the FDA fully approves is licensed. The covid vaccines haven't been licensed yet, but they are approved for emergency use. Just because something is for emergency use doesn't mean it didn't have to be approved first. It's a really simple to understand, so I'm not sure why you're having so much difficulty. I see you're taking a page out of Tucker Carlson's book and just "asking questions" that could easily be answered from reputable sources via a simple Google search. Sure, children have growing immune systems. But you can't say an 8 year old has the same degree of immunity as a 20 year old. Peak immunity would probably occur in people between 20 to maybe 25. But the virus can happen to anyone. There have been people in all age groups that have died from it, no matter what Ursula falsely claims.

As of one week ago, out of about 25,000 deaths in Canada there were 11 deaths in the age group 0-19. In contrast 21,500 of the dead were people over 70... so that's 86% of the total vs. 0.0004% for kids.

That's the pathology of this specific virus, but of course the outcomes are different depending on what you're dealing with. For example, in the case of the Influenza epidemic c. 1918 which killed far more people, the majority of the dead were from the age groups we would presume to possess the most robust immune systems, e.g. people in their twenties.

Cool. We both agree that he vaccine isn't fully approved (licensed) by the FDA but, it has been authorized for emergency use. I wonder what another word for authorized is?
