I had the joy of meeting the massage men in the toilets at Tiger a few weeks ago when I was in Patong. Can't stand the way some thais assume they can ripp off westerners at every given oportunity. I go to a night club to drink, listen to music, dance and piss I dont expect to be sold something i dont want or need after ive taken a piss. I dont recall them having them there 2 years ago imagine they will be doing the massages on the dance floor soon.

Bottom line is that his friend learned the hard way that you just do not push a Thai guy without expecting he'll take a shot at you.And if you come back at him, expect much worse than a broken nose and cut lip, as his friends will jump in and beat you to within a inch of your life.

I used to never like the massage, and a firm "Mai ow, khap," always worked fine to get rid of them.

But then I got this annoying little kink between my shoulders, and the regular massages from my masseuse weren't helping much with it. Damn , I thought, wish my chiropractor was here, it would be worth the several hundred dollars(at $60 per visit), it takes to fix that.

Than I remembered the massage guys!:idea: That night I went to the disco, and when the guy laid hands on my shoulders as I pissed, I just relaxed and enjoyed it. Sure enough, when he lifted me off the ground and popped my upper back, the release was great!

Good neck crack was very nice, as well. And, as I see it, the savings of $59 per treatment is a spectacular bargain! :thumbsup:

So I find that when I'm in LOS, some nights I will go to the disco, not because I want to dance, or pick up a girl, but just for a good piss and crack! :mdr:

No, what's crazy is that you think "changing" any gun law is going to prevent this kind of shit.

It's rather difficult to obtain a "carry" permit in California.

It's highly improbable that this "hispanic" fellow, had a legal permit for the weapon. (People who have guns legally, usually abide by the law, and not shoot people for little or no reason) It's also highly improbable that the "hispanic" fellow is even here legally!

The judicial system needs to be changed, to provide for swift and proper punishment (death penalty) for such criminal behavior! Not some "cushy" stretch for 15 years while the lawyers enrich themselves with drag out appeals and such.

The "gun" argument usually goes round and round, and I hope this doesn't happen in this thread now.
