Is Sunlife something that people usually have through work or can I get it on my own?

Bumping this thread as I’m in desperate need of this - when done properly, I find backwalking provided really good relief for the hips and lower back…almost like traction if that makes sense.

I’ve seen a lot of ads on Kijiji for backwalking at Platinum Wellness at Kennedy and Shep. Anyone been?

I have been to Platinum. Very good backwalking. But you have to tell them you want backwalking or else they would just do regular massage.

Not sure tbh, I tried visiting last week for a good massage and the lady was texting with one hand while the massaging with the other. I was a bit annoyed and after 5 minutes I just got up and left. She tried to make me stay but I was just to peeved off. Thankfully I didn't pay the room fee at first but only 5 minutes in I didn't feel bad about leaving.

Thanks - I actually went there myself. Posted about it too. The massage that I got was actually decent but was still somewhat unclear about extras.

I have sunlife benefits and some spas say "we don't submit to sunlife". I've learned to check first. LOL.
