Thundr - These are my answers regarding your questions. Keep in mind that others may disagree.

1. Absolutely. It is at the foot of downtown along the Rio Grande. Follow the "tourist" signs pointing you towards bridge #1. (I-35 dead ends into bridge #2.) You will want to stay to the right (west) of bridge 1 and I do not think you will be able to miss the parking lot. It has security and I "think" the cost is around $8.00 for 24 hours. I am not sure about short time.
2. I am sure any Laredo cab driver would love to drive you across $$$. WALK across and grab a yellow and white MARKED cab after you cross the bridge. Request price in advance and do not pay more than $10 for a trip to BT.
3. Jeans and pull over shirt sounds great. Leave your jewelry locked in your trunk along with your credit and ATM cards. Split up your money into several different locations on your person, including inside your socks or shoes.
4. For BT, you "could" go around 9-PM, but it starts hopping closer to 10 or 11 and stays open until the crowds go home.
5. 7 days a week = yes. 24 hours per day - NO! I am sure you could find something off hours, but I doubt you will enjoy it.
6. Yes to rooms and yes to showers. Do a search on this. Keep in mind if you are staying in BT that you should expect a bed, running water and not much else. I would recommend staying there or there are plenty of cheap off site hotels near by. Ask if you need more info.
7. Most know a FEW words. A few know much English. My best suggestion is watch the posts and plan your trip to meet up on a weekend other guys from this site will be there. It will increase your mileage and greatly enhance the fun.
8. Beer averages around 20 pesos or $2. I don't buy mixed drinks, but think they average $3 or under. Girls drinks are generally a buck or 2 more. ASK the price of the gal's drink before ordering so you do not get a $10 surprise. Make sure the waiter knows that you know what $$ bill you are handing to him. (I hold it in the light and say 20, or whatever). Watch your change. This is only necessary at a few of the clubs, but no one needs to get ripped off.
9. Do they EXPECT you to buy THEIR drinks? If you are sitting with her - YES! To phrase this another way, will she expect you to buy her a drink? In most clubs, .......... not really. They want you to take them to the room. However, I think having a drink so you can get to know her better is money well spent. If she chugs the drink like a shot and quickly asks for another you can probably expect the same quick action in the room. If she takes a much slower pace and you all seem to click, you may be in for a great time.
10. Room girls, 10 to 20. Make sure you both understand if this will be partially clothed or nude and what you will receive (BJ, more than 1 position, etc.) Tamikos, Maribu - $40 to $50. Papas - $60 on up. Danash - $80 to $110. You do NOT have to accept the first price. Negotiate and be prepared to walk. In the clubs, you also want to agree on how many minutes, how much additional for the room and again, what you will receive - BBBJ, kissing, etc.
