I saw Katie numerous times in the past and then this same crap started happening about a year ago. Happened to me about 3 times. Even posted about it on here. The last time it happened; I called right when I pulled in the parking lot. I literally talked to Katie herself and told her I would be there in 2 mins. She says it okay. I gave it maybe 30 secs and then walked in. Ring the doorbell and after a LONG wait, Jessica answers the door. Tell her I'm her I'm Katie's booked appointment. She gives me the "Katie called in sick" story. Didn't even let her finish what she was saying, I left. That was the last straw. From that day on, I never even considered going back to see her. I thought it was just me. With this happening to so many people I'm shocked she still has clients. Her sessions were good, but there's plenty of high quality MPA's out there that give the same session and treat you with more respect.
