Tried Lucy a few weeks ago. FYI - She asked for $100 for a BS which I thought was overpriced. I told her that Renee only charges $80 and she indicated it is because she is the boss and gave me a discount. Not sure if I vibe with that response. Also her BS was mediocre - will definitely not repeat with her as it felt like I'm bargaining at a flea market which killed the experience.

Renee/Amber (the owner) is legitimately good though as per Krayjee's description and the picture he posted matches fairly well with the actual person.

I was a walk in so no appt with anyone. If lisa had told me she was not yoyo i would have waited for the real yoyo, evident in my asking if there was someone younger from the beginning.
Time and money spent was the usual hour room charge and standard tip for HE only. Granted i didnt get a HE with lisa, the service was provided.
Same goes with yoyo, standard hour room charge was paid and the tip was generous as i enjoyed her company.

1st Timer, I felt so bad about what happened to you after reading your review, so I went into their lounge room and asked Lisa, Renee and Yoyo. Renee told me she asked you and you said it was OK to be with Lisa. I didn't know she lied. Then when I asked Lisa did she tell you she was Yoyo, she said she didn't. So they both lied to me. So I showed your review, gave them shit and I walked out of the room, started packing my bags telling at the same time this is not the first time she did, but she still kept on saying it was Lisa's turn. I told her I don't care whose turn, when a customer asks for Yoyo, you must give him Yoyo and I told her if she wants to run the spa her way I am out of here and I left the spa.

I guess she realised she screwed up, a few hrs later she called me a few times but I ignored. She sent me some messages and some imoji pictures apologizing. I spent a few hrs with my grandson to calm myself down and told her blunt, I won't be back if they can't follow my guidance. I will make my deciision in the morning whether I am going to go back there or not. This time it will be my way or no way.

You are absolutely correct in this statement. Helping out E&M was a piece of cake coz they already have well experienced business women and part time realestate agent Esther who used to be the manager at Healing Hands spa where Michelle used to work. Esther pulled Michelle out of Healing hands and trained her to become a boss and partner. So the spa was already well organized and well managed when I got in. All I need to do was promote them and exposing their existance. They were also struggling as well to make ends meet with only 12 -15 customers a day when I first met them. They couldn't even cover their high expenses where they owed huge amount to the bank. So they have to bring in extra partner Eva as a guarantor to meet the bank's demands. The rest you all know what happened and where they are now after I went in and help.

Shangri La on the other hand was a different story. it was in a big disaster when I got in. Renee's only experience was working about 2 yrs at Peony spa and she opened up the spa counting on her friend Shelly aka Tina who made her believe she is capable of running a spa. Everything was starting from scratch, ground up, poorly managed, doesn't even know how to advertise or promote their own spa and couldn't even find girls to work for them. They were counting on a handful of their own regulars and all they were getting was 5-6 customers a day and there were some days with zero customer. Renee was under lots of stress running a losing business every day and asked me for help. That's how I got in.

The rest is you all already know where they are now. There are still lots of work to be done. Haven't set up any filing system, no file cabinets, just got the printer and copy machine only last week..lol.

Thank God I was able to clean up the house pretty fast and now all this bait and switch crap. I told her last night it will be my way or no way. All the girls there were counting on me. The spa is busy only when I am there. It tells it all. I may go there today and may be not.

Anyways, they have Cindy, Vivian , Renee and Apple on duty today.

Guys. Pls leave him alone. It doesn't bother me. He is not well. He went to bed with me. Woke up with me. I am living rent free in his head. He woke me up this mornig by typing so early in the morning around 5 am ish while I was still asleep.

Jealousy and hatred, there is no cure for his kind of sickness. We call it low life achiever syndrome where they got twitched and pissed every time they see someone doing well and having fun. I am always surrounded by beautiful girls from all different spas so when he sees something he can never have , all he can do is come in here and vent his anger to relief his pain as much as he can.
I still remember what he once said a while back. He said he spent lots of money at spas and all the girls seem to like him but nobody ever wanted to kiss him.
