I had Ashely recently, very relaxed and sweet, great service, great chat and super friendly. I am not a fan of man-mades, but she does have a nice body. NOT ONCE did she mention the money. I tipped her fair market value, $80 for BS.

I got rid of those who never had any repeat customers, no appointments and those who asked unreasonable tips and a stern warning that they will be shown the exit door immediately if they ever misrepresent themselves.

Thanks for your suggestion papaya. I used to run a business for 32 yrs and I have fired only one employee in my entire career for a fraudulent case. I always treat my employees with respect and kindness. That's why they all are very loyal to me. Nobody ever quit from my company. If you mistreat them, they will quit no matter how good the money is. You just saw one that happened recently.
I did suspend her because she did the B&S and when asked she lied. I just want to set example to Renee as well. Renee got a very clear message from me last night right in front of her best friend and regular who hanged around at the spa quite often. He totally agreed with my action and my decision.
