Thanks for your suggestion papaya. I used to run a business for 32 yrs and I have fired only one employee in my entire career for a fraudulent case. I always treat my emplyees with respect and kindness. That's why they all are very loyal to me. Nobody ever quit from my company. If you mistreat them, they will quit no matter how good the money is. You just saw one example recently.
I did suspend her because she did the B&S and when asked she lied. I just want to set example to Renee as well. Here is the latest brief info the girls at Shangri La as of this week after a bit of house cleaning. I got rid of those who never had any repeat customers, no appointments and those who asked unreasonable tips and a stern warning that they will be shown the exit door immediately if they ever misrepresent themselves.
