I've been wanting to ask this for quite some time now so here goes.

Why is it That SW doesn't really welcome Thai customers? I'm Thai you see and every time I go, they stop me at the door and give me the 3rd degree about who I am and where I'm from. It's either they hesitate for a really long time before letting me in or I have to tell them I'm from some other country.

It's not that big of a deal but I hate having to explain myself every time I go. Is it a fear of police thing or what??

Miniature torches might be difficult and also a little expensive for their purpose. It might be easier to find (and cheaper too) what are referred to as "keyring torches". Perhaps you meant this ?

You can get these for the equivalent of about 50baht in Singapore. Buy a box of them so if the odd one or two get lost it doesn't matter.

in all the years here my only girl from SW was a rare must have. she agreed 1500 all night and i met her at 3am closing. what p1ssed me off was she had a call from the mamasan at 0530...got up and said she would have to go otherwise she would miss the bus back to the house in chalong! they were all staying in. then came the demand for another 500 she said had to go to the mamasan. some longtime! never took another from there after that.

Spot on with the star fish NOM, most of the girls around the kata area, small open bars tend to be starfish. Then you have the ones who just wanna jump on and bash you like theres no tommorow, jump off and go home lol. But then theres Suzy Wongs and OMG Yikes, the chick i had did moves ive never even seen before and i was struggling to keep up with her, love ever min of it and some LOL..

I had the best time in SW's..All the girls were very friendly, the music was good and the shows were very interesting. The 'back slapping ' fun did get on my nerves a little, and with several groups of drunks in there whacking each other, I felt sorry for some of the gogo girl's. Mind you, they could certainly dish it out when they felt the need to.

Went the other night for the first time in ages, was bored stupid, not hard for me as do not like go go's. Shame I thought was it has lost the unique aspect of the wackabilly sticks, they were still there but not really used as much as in the past. For me it is quickly becoming just another go go, show was good, girls were very good, but as said I'm always bored of standard go go's within 5 minutes of arriving and used to like the wackabilly sticks as appealed to my immaturity and was interactive entertainment, more so than watching a bored naked bird shuffling about.

If you like go go's it is still the best in Patong, just not my idea of great nights entertainment. No offence intended to either Raw or those liking go go's, just my personal thoughts aired.

Arguably the best looking go go girls in Patong work at Suzies. Never actually taken a girl there but have heard they initially request a lot of baht to go with you. I enjoy popping in there for a drink.
