The building in the pic is almost complete but there is still construction to be done.
None of this is in Bangla rd., this is on Soi Sansabaii, an inland continuation of Bangla.

How LOS's reply can be construed as 'smart arsed' is beyond me.
I dont see anywhere that anyone says that Bangal is 'one big shitty building site' either.
