Lilie...Presumably you have never been to Thailand ?
Should that be the case may i suggest that you spend a little time there especially in the Sukhumvit/Nana area of Bangkok where there are at least four Katoey (ladyboy) GoGo Bars.
Get involved in conversation with the dancers because in all honesty it is those guys who shall be able to point you in the right direction with regard to all aspects of Ladyboy adult entertainment as well as sex change surgery.
You shall find precious little advice of that nature on this forum unless one of the lads has a secret skill in that department.

But seriously, if you go to LOS, you can stay there for some period of time, with luck indefinitely, by making a "visa run" to another country every thirty days. Or you could just marry a Thai gay guy, who woud be happy to marry you for some money! Other than that you could always work as a freelance prostitute LB on Beach Road near Banana Disco! 60 day tourist visa's applied for at the embassy of his home country before coming.. These can be multiple entries but I dont know if its possible to visa run to Burma or Malaysia as I have not checked if they allow a visa on arrival for Egyptians to bounce through the broder..
