Hunky, This is why you don't read any good reviews on us because you come once and your idea is made on the one and only time you came here. I realize there are places out there that are better than us but I also know that no place is perfect! Obviously the best service you'll receive at abaca is when I'm here but I have one other receptionnist who is very good and well I'm working on the others! It's not easy but I think it's better having a recep in the front rather than the masseuses like you'll find in other places. We do presentation of the girls. And I know who was here that day and she will be warned! If you have read so many bad reviews on us why not call before you come since you think it's a risky thing to do at least try and get my advice!
Anyways... I'm sorry for your bad experience but I will continue on posting the true good points we do have. I'm far from being a liar so what I write is the truth and I am aware of our flaws but I do my best in fixing them. How many times is he supposed to try your place? If the guy got burned the first time, any wonder that it is now the last time? MPs can be really expensive, so I'd rather put my money where a vast majority of reviews are favorable. And where the supposed owner/manager/rep of a place doesn't continously intervene in user threads to shill, when NOTHING is being done to concretely address the real issues.

You want the poster who got burned to change his mind? Then instead of defending your product, do SOMETHING for him to change his mind. Offer to make it up to him, without ifs, ands or buts. Butts, yes.



That's a lame cop-out. There are so many MPs in Montreal that you can step right into a place without even looking for one. Don't strive to be perfect, just be sensitive to your clients' needs and concerns, instead of shilling the same 4-hands promo that is nothing more than a gouging party by your MPs.



Does anyone really care about how you're set up? How about just plain offering value for services paid? That would be a nice start. And without the excessive, boorish propaganda machine. Should we bring in a calculator while your 4-handed money retrievers bombard us with prices and options? Whatever happened to a welcoming massage experience?



Your internal problems should be dealt with internally. It's not up to the client to play detective. How about offering a decent service at ALL times, whether you're there or not? Seems like you're running this place with an iron fist, but you have a lot of insubordination. Perhaps the working conditions or the climate amongst your MPs is not very conducive to a welcoming experience for the client?




Posting on your good points? There is ad space you can buy on eforum.xxx for that purpose.

How about doing something for those clients who have gotten the short end of the bargain? Please end this 4-hand silliness and offer your clients REAL VALUE. Look at what your competitors are doing, and do better. Offer to do something for clients who have had a negative experience at your place to make up for it, instead of shilling for them to pay up some more.

Would you go back to a restaurant that served you entree dishes as main courses? Or where you were offered a gratuity but in exchange you would have to hear the business owner try to sell you something else?

It's very simple. If you can't do better than your competitors, it will not matter what you write here. Clients will simply go elsewhere. Seems to me your interventions here are driving away clients, not fixing what appear to be chronic mismanagement issues and a basic lack of respect for your clientele.

I would respectfully ask the Mods here to review these shameless promos disguised as posts in this thread.

What make the place good or not is the girls, not the manager.
The manager is suppose to make sure the girls do the right thing and let the speak of mouth or eforum.xxx to the rest.

There are a lot of improvement that need to be done at this place.

I went a couple of time to this place, and even if the shower is dirty or the tower not clean, I returned because I enjoy my session with the girl (only because the girl was nice).

My favorite girl was Heidi, now she left and I stop go there.
I need to read a lot of good review before I get back (even if the 4 hands are free).

Suggestion to Sofia:
1- Hire Classy young girl
2- Clean your place
3- Establish a clear policy (price (including option), presentation, etc)

Après plusieurs années comme client dans les salons de massages et les les agences d'escortes ( 30 ans ) et après avoir aider Chantal dans ses différentes entreprises tel que Abaca et ةclipse. Je suis heureux aujourd'hui de vous faire-part que j'ai acheté 100 % des actions d'Abaca massothérapie en date du 4 juillet dernier.

Déjà plusieurs changements y ont été apporter tel qu'une nouvelle annonce en façade beaucoup plus jolie que par le passé avec aussi de nouvelles couleurs et plus discrete car le mot MASSAGE n'y est plus seulement le nom ABACA et le téléphone.

La réception est plus accueillante avec maintenant deux canapés, un distributeur d'eau Naturo, deux nouveaux plafonniers avec fans, une télé grand format et bien sûr de la peinture fraiche. Un nouveau bureau pour les réceptionistes aussi sous peu.

Les trois salles de massages seront aussi rénovées d'ici l'automne avec de nouvelles douches et même la salle des filles sera rafraichie et repeintes. Un nouveau système de son aussi fera son apparition sous peu.

Les marches extérieurs auront eux aussi une nouvelle couche de peinture et Abaca aura ainsi un nouveau look plus recevant.

Par le passé Abaca ou si vous préférez les filles chez Abaca n'ont pas eus la vies facile, comme j'ai pu le remarquer plusieurs '' posts '' ont été des plus négatifs et je suis bien d'accord avec la plupart d'entre eux et d'entre vous.

Mais les temps changent et les gens aussi et je peux vous assurer maintenant d'un service de plus haute qualité, avec des filles beaucoup plus intentionnées à vous faire plaisir, des filles qui ne regarderont pas le 30, 45 ou 60 minutes passées avec vous. Depuis quelques semaines je croie avoir pu convaincre les filles que ce n'est pas Abaca qui les paye mais bien leurs clients et que le client c'est le plus important. Alors je leur ai simplement dit de donner un service avec le sourire et de donner 100% d'eux même peu importe l'heure de la journée et peu importe le client car si vous voulez qu'il revienne vous voir traiter le à sa juste valeur.

Le site web aussi sera rafraichi et beaucoup plus de photos y prendront place prochainement. Je répondrai à vos e-mails personnellement et les réceptionnistes Claire, Lydie, Véronique, Andréa, Martine, Laura et Mélanie se feront un plaisir de répondre à vos demandes.

Plusieurs d'entre vous ont profités des services offert chez Abaca et soyez assurer d'un service sur mesure pour vous satisfaire pleinement. Si par hazard quelque chose ne saurais vous plaire, veuillez s.v.p. m'informer immédiatement de ce contre-temps.

Hello all,
After several years as a client of massage parlours and escort agencies (30 years) and after having helped Chantal in her various companies such as Abaca and Eclipse, I am happy to announce that I have acquired 100% of the business of Abaca Massage as of the 4th of July.
There have already been several changes, not only to the sign out front, but also the choice of new colours. The look out front is more discrete because the word MASSAGE has been replaced with just the name 'ABACA' along with the phone number.
The reception area is more comfortable and welcoming with the addition of two new settees, a Naturo water cooler, two new ceiling lights with fans and a big screen TV.
All of this has been complimented by a fresh coat of paint. Additionally, a new office for the receptionists is being designed; the three massage rooms will be renovated this fall with new showers; the lounge for the girls will be redesigned and painted; a new sound system will be installed and the outside steps leading to the entrance will be spruced up with a new coat of paint giving Abaca an overall new look - much more inviting and comfortable.

In the past Abaca, or rather, some of the girls who worked at ABACA received many negative posts regarding the poor level of service provided. I agree with the majority of what was said and have taken it upon myself to make some serious changes - for the better. I have sat down with the girls and pointed out where we must focus our attention to bring the name of ABACA back up to excellent standards. Our focus will be where it should belong - on you, the customer.
The new approach is simply: Service with a smile, 100 per cent attention, no matter what time of day or night. We want our customers to return and to be satisfied with our service.

We will also be revamping our web site to give more information regarding photos and schedules. I will personally answer your e-mails and the receptionists Claire, Lydie, Veronique, Andréa, Martine, Laura and Melanie will have a pleasure of answering your requests.

I've a couple of questions if I may ...

Since you are making the sign more discrete I assume you are foregoing walk-by traffic, do you intend to compensate for that with increased advertising? Just wondering

Also, you mention the receptionists by name, are the receptionists also there to provide massage service? Reason I ask is that you say you are fixing up the reception office and the massage therapist's lounge area, both great initiatives, a happy staff isn't a crappy staff in my book. That said, the new showers will only come in later, and if the showers need doing, perhaps client comfort can be pushed as a priority rather than upgrading both areas for the staff? Again, just a thought.
