Sir just wanted to know if you feel any headache and pain near eyes after taking tadalafil..... I Have tried taking tadalafil many times but every time I felt like my head is going to explode.... Is there any alternative to this pill which will not cause any headache or any other side affect.
I know your question as not directed at me, but I would like to give my opinion if you don't mind.
Most ED pills cause side effects of some kind. The intensity differs from person to person based on their age and medical conditions. Make sure you take only the
minimum necessary dosage and keep yourself hydrated to minimize side effects.
I tried a 20mg Cialis ("tadalafil") that had an awesome effect - got rock hard at the slightest stimulation over a period of 3 days (
not continuous hard-on, but only when stimulated). The downside was that I got a sore throat and pain in my hamstrings on both legs on the 4th day. Per google, those are common side effects of Tadalafil 20mg. Smaller doses may not cause that issue, but I haven't tried lower doses yet.. I gave away the rest of my Cialis stock to a friend of mine who cuts them into quarters and takes about 5mg as needed. He has not reported any side effects so far.
On the other hand, I now exclusively use Sildenafil (generic for Viagra). I buy 50mg tablets and cut them in half to get doses equivalent to roughly 25mg. I got a slight ache at the back of my head the first time, but the ache went away when I drank a couple of glasses of water. No issues since then as long as I keep myself hydrated. The effect of Sildenafil lasts much
less than Tadalafil... around 6 hours at the most. Due to this fact, taking a Sildenafil requires some planning. As an example, i would take one dose about 30 minutes prior to reaching RajMahal and Nightingale when I had concrete plans of taking a girl for entry. On other occasions when I visited other DBs where entry was not guaranteed, I used to carry Sildenafil tablets with me so that I could pop one if the possibility of entry came up after negotiations in the bar.
In my specific case, the effect of Sildenafil is stronger than Tadalafil - I get a stronger hard-on, each shot lasts longer (around 45 minutes on average) and the recovery time between shots is much faster (less than 10 minutes).
Since the ED pills work differently for different folks, I would recommend trying one of each (25mg Sildenafil and 10mg Tadalafil) if you get the opportunity to compare what works best for you.
P.S:
CAUTION: if you suffer from low BP, do
NOT try Sildenafil unless prescribed by a doctor. Sildenafil can lower your already low BP to dangerous levels causing you to pass out ("Faint"). It is best to check with your doctor just to be safe.
